A person is blocked from registering again if a matching record was submitted within this many days (measured from their earlier registration). Set to 0 to disable the cooldown entirely. Matching checks, in order: (1) normalized name + email, (2) email alone or mobile alone, (3) two or more of {name, email, mobile, date of birth}.
⚠ marks fields your duplicate-check and consent record depend on. You can still turn these off or make them optional — just know that disabling Full Name, Mobile, or Date of Birth weakens duplicate detection (it'll fall back to matching on sign-in email alone), and disabling Waiver or Signature means no consent record is captured for that registration.
